Three layers of soft chiffon tulle with an elastic waistband that stretches for two sizes. The top layer has the sweetest little watermelons sewn on to the fabric using sequins. Two more layers of light pink tulle and a soft lining finish off this beauty. The waistband is a sparkling silver stretch elastic that matches perfectly.
