Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Online Purchases

  • Unworn items with tags may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Email us at shop@theredwagon.com to request a return or exchange authorization. Please include the following in your email: name, order number, item(s) being returned and the reason for return. 

       Return Shipping 

  • We will email you a pre-paid USPS return label for the item. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your item refund amount when the item is received back. 

       Exchange Shipping 

  • Please place an order for the item you would like to exchange for. We will then email a pre-paid USPS return label for the item being sent back (at our expense). When we receive your returned item we will refund the cost of your returned item.

 Online Sitewide Sale Event Return Policy

  • Promotional purchases may be exchanged at customer’s expense or returned for store credit only. Exchange or store credit return applies only to full price merchandise that has been discounted for a limited time period sale. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

In-Store Purchases 

  • Unworn items with tags purchased in-store may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days. The value is determined by the purchase price. We can look up your purchase under your order number or name in our system.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Items purchased in-store have different return options than purchases made online. Our intent is to provide personal attention and helpful assistance while shopping in our store where you have the opportunity to see the merchandise 'in person' before buying. We will be happy to help you find the perfect item to exchange for, or issue a credit that can be used on your next visit or on our website!
