Shipping policy

 

Orders are normally processed in 48 hours or less. Orders do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays or on holidays. The delivery times listed below are estimations of how long it will take your order to arrive after it has been processed and shipped out. Please note delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 

Any free shipping promotions only apply to orders shipping within the U.S. only

Shipping within the United States

USPS Ground Advantage (est. 2-6 business days): $8.00

(Average time is 3 days, Faster for eastern U.S.)

USPS Ground Advantage with Signature Confirmation (est. 2-6 business days): $9.00

USPS Priority (est. 1-3 business days): $12.00

USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation (est. 1-3 business days): $14.00

 (Options including "signature confirmation" will require the package to be signed for upon delivery)


International Shipping

Flat rate shipping to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and Italy: $30.00

Flat rate shipping to Canada: $20.00 

For international orders, duties and taxes are normally charged at checkout. Additional duties and taxes may be due on package at time of delivery. The recipient assumes responsibility for any additional fees.

Please note: International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 business days to arrive depending on your destination. Please reach out to us before you place your order if you would like to ship your international package using an express delivery method.

Shipping Issues

LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS
The Red Wagon is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit or damaged, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

RETURNED / UNCLAIMED MAIL
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to The Red Wagon, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping charges before we resend the package.
