Return Policy

In Store and Online Purchases

  • Unworn and unwashed items, with tags attached, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Once a return or exchange is requested, customers will have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. After 14 days, the return/exchange authorization is no longer valid.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Email us at shop@theredwagon.com to request a return or exchange authorization. Please include the following in your email: name, order number, item(s) being returned and the reason for return. Emails will be answered within 24 business hours.

Returns

  • If returning for a refund, we will email you a USPS return label for the item. Return shipping cost of $8.95 will be deducted from your item refund amount once the item is received back.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, we will email you a pre-paid USPS return label for the item. We will then send out the new item at no additional shipping charge once the returned item is received back.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns/Exchanges for International Orders

  • For international orders, we unfortunately do not have the ability to send return labels. International return packages must be sent back at customer’s expense and may take some time to get back to us. As soon as we receive your return, we will issue a refund. If you would like to exchange, you must place another order for the new item on our website.
